 For the past week, I honestly haven’t been able to stop playing Battle Brothers on PC.


What started as “just trying a mod” quickly turned into a full-blown obsession. 
I’ve been diving deep into the Ultimate Working Mod—testing builds, surviving brutal battles, and discovering how much this mod completely changes the game experience.
Every run feels fresh, challenging, and surprisingly addictive, making it really hard to step away once you start.

In this blog, I’ll share my experience, what makes this mod Prohibit like Error, Change Profile and why it might be the ultimate way to enjoy Battle Brothers One of the best Strategy game on PC.

 Along the way, I ran into a few errors—mods not loading properly, conflicts between files, and Vortex refusing to recognize certain Battle Brothers mods. But instead of giving up, I learned how to convert and adapt mods so they actually work through Vortex.

1. Delete any mod ZIP files inside the Battle Brothers data folder.


2. Restart Vortex, then select your profile and enable & update the collection.


3. Go to Mods, reinstall and enable all mods. Do not tick any optional or recommended settings.


4. When prompted, select Delete save (do not revert or restore saves).


5. Keep in mind that after a game update, some mods, launchers, or save data may stop working.


6. Ignore dependency or redundant warnings.


7. Finally, click Deploy Mods and launch the game.

 










How to export list mod vortex Collection To Excel :

 
1. Open the mod menu and access the game’s mod folder.


2. Select the data folder, then right-click and choose TreeSize.


3. Make sure the TreeSize application is installed.


4. In TreeSize, switch to Details view (not the top-level folder view).


5. Export the details to Excel. 


6. In Excel, filter the files by ZIP file type
