1. Make sure your internet settings and password are correct
Settings >> network >> Use LAN >> Custom >> PPPoE >Ex My pass is PPP >>Dns Auto >Mtu Auto >Proxy do not use >>click test >> back straight away >> Plug Lan cable to both side >> Go to Main menu or system menu >> Just wait
2. Wait for 7-18 minutes, do not remove the cable or move the cable position eventually it will succes (THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT)
3. Try plugging the power cable into the PS4 machine (on the left) , and triying first step again if not working.
